Why haven't I received my feed test?
Possible reasons include:
- Sample delivery delays
- Payment not received
- Technical issues with our partner lab
We'll notify you of any disruptions and work quickly to resolve them.
How do I read my feed test?
We provide a glossary of feed test terms to help interpret your results. For deeper insights, feel free to contact us or consult your nutritionist.
Why do my results seem low despite good visual quality?
Visual appearance doesn't always reflect nutritional value. Common causes include:
- Poor sampling technique (e.g., sampling only one bale or exposed surfaces)
- Postage degradation (e.g., heat, moisture, oxygen exposure)
- Incorrect labelling (e.g., testing silage before fermentation is complete)
How do I protect sample quality during postage?
Follow our sampling instructions in the Help & Resources tab to ensure proper handling and packaging.
How do I prevent lost samples?
Email your completed submission form to feedtests@fodderlink.com.au. This allows our team to track expected delivery and follow up on any delays.
